Happy New Year to you too!
Thank you, Priscilla! :)
Love that first quote and the idea of the New Year inking its first clean slate page.
And what a hopeful picture the painting makes.
Happy New Year!
Oh yes lets get the first pages inked. Love that. Hope you have a great 2023
Colleen,
😃
Thank you!
Magaly,
😃
Glad you liked the picture.
Marja,
Thank you! The first week of 2023 is good. 😃
Sweet drawing! And there is nothing more hopeful than a fresh clean page. :)
Thank you – and I love that haiga!
Thank you, Penelope!
Yes, nothing more hopeful than a fresh clean page.. :)
Thank you, Rosemary!
That wildflower by the side of a building had me thinking, this is a pretty tough fellow, growing out of a crack in concrete, and it's flower at the tip looks like a burst of fireworks. Thus the haiga. 😁
Love the fun art and the message of survival in the next image. Happy new year to you.
Rajani, Thank you!
Yes, I enjoyed drawing that "cartoon". 😄
I happened to pass the building the other day, and the plant was no more. I guess some gardener pulled it out as a weed. 😬🙁
Love that cartoon, and your beautiful haiku. Happy New Year!
Let's ink away ;)
Sara,
Thank you!
Have a Happy New Year too! 😀
Margaret,
Thank you!
Haha, there's a whole year to write! 😄
Hopeful New Year to you, and may all your poems succeed!
Thank you, Priscilla!
I should be sending in more poetry submissions. 😁
Anyway, I am trying out a major short-story competition. (The word is trying!) The deadline is about 8 months away so there's still plenty of time. 😄
