and we would

this poem was written in a very short span of time. a flash of inspiration, i may add. hardly much editing, almost like the first draft on paper. somehow, drawing on past memories inspires.

i always remember the little crazy things we used to do.
i like the part about mcdonald's because at that time we were not well-off.
Deceptively simple, but not one word too many, punchy, and truly melancholy.
