DeadPoet, a moderator at on-line poetry forum Dead Poet's Society (Singapore), suggested that forumites write and post a version of this poem for a poetry exercise.

The response was pretty good. The geniuses sent in some really fun and wacky stuff.I would like to share with you some of the more interesting ones,in my opinion.

But first, my version:
