Moving Words - a poetry competition

I thrive on the last-minute, the deadline. Today, I fired off 6 poems for the Moving Words poetry competition.

This competition is open to all Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents. Twelve best entries will be shortlisted by a panel of judges, and the poems displayed in the SMRT trains and stations. (SMRT is a major transport provider)

It hopes, through this project , that the thousands of daily commuters in our city, will come to appreciate local poetry. The poems will be showcased from August to October 2011, the public will vote for their favourite entry, and the votes will decide the winning poem.

Oh yes, the closing date is 15th July 2011. :)
